Where can I found a cute tote that isn’t expensive?

i looked at urban outfitters and anthropoligie but didn’t like anything they had. I found this tote i really liked from like a yr ago for 51 bucks on ebay its new supposedly it looks new on the pictures but I doubt my parents would buy it for me. i will be traveling so the tote would be my carry on. it was to be spacious but not over sized.
